FLINT, Mich - Two Kent State University students with mid-Michigan ties, are making a name for themselves, after creating an app.

Tiffany Coleman, and Asia Frazier have been working hard on a phone app called, Fresh.

Fresh, offers two features, a buy, sell, and trade feature, and the other, shows where affordable on-campus, and local services, are available, for college students.

"we pretty much wanted people to be able to get their hair done or their nails done and still feel beautiful but at an affordable cost,” said Coleman. “Why not use someone who's on your campus you know get to know them as well".

Coleman and Frazier are also using the app, to promote diversity in science, technology, engineering, and math, or STEM studies.
