1 hospitalized following entrapment accident in Tuscola County

TUSCOLA COUNTY, Mich. --The Tuscola County Sheriff was called to the scene of an entrapment accident Saturday night.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Sheridan and Murphy Lake roads.

Deputy Spangler said one vehicle was traveling westbound on Murphy Lake Road and didn’t stop at the stop sign, which resulted in a northbound vehicle being hit.

As a result, a person was trapped inside of their truck, and they were later rescued by emergency crews that responded from Millington Rescue.

That person was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
