Tailgate healthy

um msu.JPG

Two backyard brawls this weekend.

Whether you GO BLUE or GO GREEN, want fire up your Chips or get wild with Buster Bronco, tailgating and watch parties might be on your mind.

Our good friend Grace Derocha, RDN of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has some tips to help you keep your tailgating healthy.

We will post her recipies below.

First, a reminder FOX66 is hosting a watch party for the game Saturday, October 20, at Clio Roadhouse Bar and Grill, starting at 11:00 am.

Dave Bondy and I will be there to watch the game, and pig out with you. You may even win a prize. Be there, or be square.

Now, a couple of Grace's spirited recipies.
