MIDLAND, Mich. - For those living with Parkinson's exercise about more than overall health, it's life-changing.

The disease is debilitating and progressive, but doctors say vigorous exercise can decrease symptoms and slow down the progression.

Pinky and Blinky are Twins, both 74- years- old and both living with Parkinson's disease.

They were diagnosed within a year of each other and have been coming to Rock Steady Boxing in Midland ever since.

"The class has worked wonders for our confidence and gave us our lives back," said Marge Williams.

The gym is about two years old and has seen major growth. This summer the owner, Stacey Hitsmen says she is moving into a bigger location.

Until then here's a link to the website for more information.
