MSP: 2 dead after being shot by armed security guard at Saginaw club
SAGINAW, Mich. -- ***UPDATE*** Michigan State Police Lieutenant David Kaiser says the deadly shooting was a result of an altercation.
Kaiser added that the two men were shot by an armed security guard.
The guard is cooperating with the investigation.
Saginaw Police say two people have died following a shooting in the 700 Block of Federal Avenue just before two o'clock Sunday morning.
Police say a 25-year-old man was found dead outside of Terry's Place with at least one gunshot wound. A 22-year-old man was also found outside the bar with a critical gunshot wound. The man died several hours later at a local hospital.
Investigators say the shooting involved armed security from Terry's Place. Police say security is cooperating with the investigation and no one is in custody.
