Stabbing scene in Saginaw closes off two businesses

SAGINAW, Mich. – Police are on the scene of a stabbing in Saginaw.

It happened in the 3200 block of Sheridan Avenue near Erie Street.

Saginaw County Dispatch sent notice of the incident at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Saginaw police and Michigan State Police at the scene had the parking lots of Great Giant Supermarket and the Family Dollar blocked off for their investigation.

One person was rushed to a local hospital, but it is unclear what their condition is at this time.

No suspect information was made available.
