Project to reveal the rainbow to 'Color Blindness'
GRAND BLANC, Mich. - Close to 3 million people are among those who experience what is referred to as “Color Deficiency” or more commonly called “Color Blindness.”
Because they have a decreased ability to see color or differences in color, these men, women, and children are unable to experience and enjoy the true colors of the rainbow.
A group of Grand Blanc High School students, led by a classmate whose uncle is color deficient, undertook a project to make a difference in their community by helping “Reveal The Rainbow” to those who have that condition.
Here is their story.
