MSP: Multiple people arrested during felony warrant sweep

FLINT, Mich. - Multiple people have been arrested in Flint following a felony warrant sweep.

Michigan State Police say the fugitive team, along with the Mount Morris Township Police and the ATF conducted the sweep in the area of Greenfield Avenue near Second Street.

The sweep was related to a drive-by shooting that occurred last week.

Police swarmed a house on Greenfield Avenue near Second Street in Flint to make the arrests.

According to MSP Sergeant Matt Lasky, five separate search warrants were executed over the past two days .

As a result, a 16-year-old suspect was taken into custody in connection with the shooting.

Three other people were also arrested on weapons-related offenses.
