The Bay City Mall welcomed the Minion characters Wednesday.

Children and adults had the chance to meet and take a picture with their favorite characters like Bob.

There was even a chance for the children to color, do craft activities and more.

"In school, they have an opportunity to do a lot of things with books, but this is hands on, a real-world opportunity," said Boy Scout district director Ned Savage.

Students interested in the program can have a few more opportunities to sign up.

"Oh, who doesn't love the minions? the kids that are out of all ages are all excited, and it's really something that hasn't come to the area," said mall general manager Barb Behmlander.

There was even a bit of minion dancing, bringing out the minion in everyone!
