Kids weigh in on playground plans

The kids get to give their suggestions Tom Eschen is in Flint with the kids and are hoping to be able to shape the playgrounds in their neighborhoods.

Here's what Hasselbring and Broome parks look like right now: Broome Park with some rusty equipment, out of date and quite old. Hasselbring doesn't even have a park anymore, that one removed after its equipment wasn't safe to play on

The build days are in August, but you can have your voice heard by going to our website, and voting on some of the proposed looks for the new playgrounds.
